Where did you receive your PIF card? In line at Starbucks, 119th & Blackbob in Olathe.
Describe your PIF experience: I was simply in line at the Starbucks drivethrough and when I approached the window the attendant said "no charge". She gave me my coffee and the pay it forward card and explained the person in fromt of me had purchased my coffee. It was a nice thing for someone to do. I am now anxious to pay it forward.

Describe your PIF experience: I work for Habitat for Humanity KC and our ReStore was one of the beneficiaries of team Awaken KC for this year's challenge. When I saw the cards at the reception, I thought it was one of the best ideas I had seen in a while. I can't wait to put it good use!

Where did you receive your PIF card? Project Change "Thank You" reception
Describe your PIF experience: I received this card at the Project Change end of spring projects reception. I was there because I helped spear-head a Project Change activity through Design2Help at JCCC. Our team spread mulch on the playground at the Rose Brook's Center, plus Rose Brooks received additional proceeds to begin improving the seating area near the playground. This will be Phase II! Thanks to all my Project Change team mates for making this happen!

Where did you receive your PIF card? at home - in the mail
Describe your PIF experience: I was having a rough week and after talking to a friend, she sent me the card with a great little pin made of reused Kimono fabric pieces and a nice note that made my day! What a way to cheer me up and set me in the right direction!

Where did you receive your PIF card? From Beverly, my hero
Describe your PIF experience: today is the day that i knew I needed to pass the card on. I work with a woman whose father is dying and she cannot afford to get to him. I offered miles to fly her to see him. she said no. Today she came and said yes. Then to make her day worse, her dog (pulled at my heart) was just cremated and they won't let him come home until they pay their bill (it isn't cheap). I paid the bill. well, most of it. Her dog needs to come home, and her father needs her. I am not rich, but I could do this, I needed to do this. Thank you beverly for giving me this card and the courage to do what i did today.
